Before you put it on your desk
What does the Signal Service deliver?
A self-hosted Docker container with three JSON channels: decisions, confirmed flow episodes, and per-window metrics. LAMINAR classifies order flow; your desk supplies its data and execution stack.
Does our tape leave our infrastructure?
The Signal Service ships as an offline tarball with a checksum and runs without callbacks. Your tape stays on your infrastructure. A hosted Governor pilot is a separate integration whose data requirements are agreed with your desk.
Can we test it before trading live?
Yes. The paid 90-day evaluation includes batch replay on your own historical tape. The same tape and configuration produce deterministic output. Score the readings alongside your strategy, including fees and slippage, before connecting live execution. There is no free trial currently offered.
What happens after the 90-day evaluation?
You can discuss an annual full desk licence or stop using the service when the evaluation ends. Annual scope and price are quoted on request; the signed agreement governs the licence and renewal terms.
Who handles integration support?
Bee Rosa Davis is the founder and your direct contact. Evaluation enquiries usually receive a reply within one business day. Agree integration scope and any required support commitments before signing.
Why is the customer result anonymous?
The public account does not identify the desk. It describes one customer’s report from its own systems, not independently verified performance or an isolated measure of LAMINAR’s contribution. Use the evaluation to measure the fit on your own tape and strategy.
Is this investment advice or managed trading?
HELICITY is a research and software company. It does not accept customer funds or manage accounts. The Signal Service supplies readings to desks running their own execution; it is not a managed account or a promise of returns.
What if the feed is corrupted?
For supported order-event inputs, the conservation ledger checks an exact accounting identity and records invalidations. A zero residual means that identity balanced on the processed events; it does not prove that every feed error or missing event was detected.
